About
Development of NLPMed Portal began in spring 2024. It was created by
Omid Jafari as part of the research project described below.
NLPMed Portal provides a self-hosted platform for researchers and
healthcare professionals to manage clinical NLP data, annotations,
adjudication, preprocessing, model inference, and evaluation workflows.
NLPMed Portal is research software and has not been designed, validated,
or approved for diagnosis, treatment, or other clinical decision-making.
